Hans Vishwanath has over 30 years of experience in the automotive sector providing engineering services to companies such as GM, Ford, and Chrysler. Located in West Bloomfield, a suburb of Detroit, Hans has experience providing consulting & training in the United States as well as in Europe and Asia.
Experience
Hans has extensive experience in providing consulting for ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO 13485, FDA, AS 9100, NADCAP, and TS16949, amongst others. Hans has accredited numerous organization in testing and calibration by performing third party audits. While working for GM, Chrysler, and Ford, Hans has conducted second party supplier audits approving PPAP's for saleable products.
In addition to accreditation, Hans provides services in lean manufacturing by optimizing assembly lines, plant layouts, and material handling by utilizing methodologies such as JIT, standardized work, Toyota Yamazumi, and MODAPTS. Furthermore, he provides services in crisis management and problem solving for critical issues relating to assembly, testing, and machining operations to increase factory throughput and efficiency.
